Warranty

• All our products have a standard 5-year warranty.

• Our warranty comes in addition to other rights you may have under Australian Consumer law (schedule 2 to the competition and consumer law Act 2010).

• This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • The cost of recovery of the Volupto products from the site;

  • The cost of shipping any replacement product;

  • The cost of installation of any replacement product;

  • Damage caused by cleaning, maintenance, amendment or any alteration to the product or installation performed other than strictly in accordance with the information contained in the installation instructions;

  • Staining of the finish over time due to water impurities or atmospheric conditions;

  • Discolouration.

• The replacement or repaired product(s) shall be covered by the unexpired portion of the Warranty period.

• The Customer acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent permitted by law, Volupto has no liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), by statute or otherwise for loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) of profits, opportunity, revenue, goodwill, bargain, production, contracts, business or anticipated savings, corruption, or destruction of data or for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.

• Volupto’s total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total dollar amount of the Volupto products purchased by the Customer under each contract.
